Roles

Facilitator:

  • Facilitate weekly meetings

  • Facilitate Admin meetings

  • Facilitate Discovery Sessions & 90 Day Probations

  • Manage visitor registration, application submission, Discovery Sessions, & 90 Day Probations (this includes all email follow-ups and communication follow-through).

  • Manage the PPN Events page & Member page on the PPN website


Attendance Tracking
:

  • Track attendance each week (PPN spreadsheet access)


Zoom Timer
:

  • Run Zoom timer for all segments on the Agenda


Presenter Introduction:

  • Introduce weekly feature presenter

Meeting Notes:

  • Take meeting notes; Visitor tracking, events, and Admin notes

Email Follow Ups:

  • Send templated follow-up emails to visitors & new members and manage any communication or clarification needed.

New Application Online/Social Media Review:

  • New application online and social media review report provided to members for Discovery Sessions

New Member Mentor:

  • Follow up with new members; review PPN Website, PPN agenda segments (Commercials, Introductions, Thank You & Kudos, Events, and Closing Tagline), and review Tip of the Day and Featured Presenter format.

Membership Quality Assurance Committee:

  • Available to meet virtually on the 1st Thursday of each month to review member professionalism, weekly meetings, attendance, and introductions.  And to address any member concerns.

Agenda Committee:

  • Available to meet when needed to adjust the agenda as new members join and time needs to be shaved off the agenda. It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Perhaps you’d like to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
